Definitions for the competition server zvrhli.cz, zvrhlikafe.cz
1.
Server Zvrhli.cz (hereinafter Zvrhli.cz) - a public web server to allow publication of both the individual competition organizers and their registered users the possibility to participate in these competitions.
2.
User competition (hereinafter referred to as a user or competitor) - a person who is a citizen of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and to confirm the registration agreement with these rules.
3.
The organizer of the competition (the organizer) - legal or natural person, which the operator enters the publication of the competition. Organizer may be the operator.
4.
The winner of the competition (the winner) - a user who correctly answered questions in a competitive contest and was automatically after winning the competition.
General rules
1.
Compete on Zvrhli.cz may attend all registered site users who agree with these rules, with the exception of the employees and associates and their families.
2.
Operation of the server, to the operator, organizers and users are given the following rules.
Registration
1.
The competition is open to properly registered users only. Proper registration means putting all the mandatory registration information in accordance with the facts. Optional information may not be completed, however, may not be completed in contradiction with the fact. 3.

Participate in competitions
1.

Winnings are sent only within the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics to the winners address listed in the registration within 1 month from the date of draw, with some wins may be charged for shipping through mail order. In the event that the prize returned to sender because of nevyzvednutí winners, will be for 1 month, ready for personal pick up at the headquarters of the operator. If winning is not even raised in this period, goes to the competition organizers.
3.

4.

The operator is not liable for any damage that has been or could be caused by user or organizer in connection with its use or the use of server Zvrhli.cz.
Final provisions
1.
These rules are created in accordance with applicable laws and other legislation of the Czech Republic and are binding on both parties. User registration confirms your server that has been with them a tangible way it undertakes, according to them to drive.
